Alyssa brings over 15 years combined experience in Employment Ontario services, facilitation and client-centric roles, with an educational background in Social Services and Behaviour Science. She is dedicated to advancing equitable access to employment and education, reducing barriers for marginalized groups, as well as shaping and empowering communities to achieve overall economic wellness.
Her leadership expertise includes contract management, serving on board of directors and program coordination, where she has provided strategic guidance to strengthen organizational impact. Known for effective communication, solution-oriented approaches and strong networks, Alyssa builds trust across diverse communities and connects individuals as well as organizations with the tools they need to thrive.
In her personal time, Alyssa enjoys watching her children play sports, spending time with friends and family as well as exploring the many beautiful sights and amenities Niagara has to offer.
