Chris is a dedicated community builder. Working in leadership roles within government administration and higher education sectors, Chris has lead small and large teams to achieve lofty objectives. Chris provides his teams with the tools and resourcing, as well as the environment to take risks to set team members up to flex their strengths and deliver in creative ways. Excelling in public speaking and critical analysis, Chris is a natural networker who sees connections across communities and actively builds bridges to connect disparate groups for greater outcomes. Using his Bachelor of the Arts, and Master of Education focused in leadership and administration, Chris uses his research and analytics skills to generate opportunities, solve problems and communicate outcomes for broad audiences. As a born-and-raised Niagara local, is enthusiastic about making a lasting impact on the Niagara region through the opportunities at Workforce Collective.
Beyond work, Chris is a proud dad, partner, involved community member, serving as the Past President of the Brock University Alumni Association, the Chair of the Canadian Mental Health Association, Niagara Branch Board of Directors, and the Chair of the 40 Under Forty Alumni Community.
Chris has received a number of accolades for his work across the past decade, including the Greater Niagara Chamber of Commerce (GNCC) Young Professional of the Year, 2025, a Niagara 40 Under Forty Award, Class of 2024, the Brock University Spirit of Brock Award (Faculty of Education, Graduate, 2017), the Brock University Alumni Association David S. Betzner Award (2016), and the Brock University Graduate Students’ Association Ambassador Award (2022).
