YMCA of Niagara: Workforce Innovation Network (WIN) project
WIN was a Skills Development Fund project, led by the YMCA, that provided intergenerational mentorship and on-the-job training. We got involved to assess and amplify the impact of this successful workforce development intervention.

Folk Arts Multicultural Centre: Healthcare Navigators
Niagara Folk Arts Multicultural Centre assisted Internationally educated health professionals (IEHPs) in overcoming barriers to employment. They developed valuable skills and a business model intended to create Healthcare Navigator jobs.
