Home Projects Archive: Work and Wellbeing

This project aims to investigate the intersection of individuals’ employment and wellbeing. The pandemic has shown that these two are related and impact each other. This connects with an urgent labour issue known as, ‘The Great Resignation’.

Over the past few years, we have examined the connection between work and mental health. Our intention this year is to expand our understanding of wellbeing to include mental health, work-life balance, family/child care support, affordable housing, food security, diversity, equity and inclusion.
