Civiconnect’s Youth Skills Studio hires young people (aged 18-29) in four-month internships to work on technology-based projects for local businesses.

YMCA of Niagara: Workforce Innovation Network (WIN) project
WIN was a Skills Development Fund project, led by the YMCA, that provided intergenerational mentorship and on-the-job training. We got involved to assess and amplify the impact of this successful workforce development intervention.

Adult Basic Education Association: Career Ladders
Led by the ABEA, Career Ladders is a project that creates interactive tools to help people explore local, in-demand jobs and then follow a pathway to get and advance in those jobs.
Within this project, we analyze a range of active sectors and are part of the steering committee.
