Staff & Leadership
Rachel Crane, Executive Director
Rachel is a creative and action-oriented leader with nearly two decades of experience in human services, community building, and social innovation. At the helm of Learning Link, her work focuses on strengthening the adult learning ecosystem—building partnerships, aligning strategies, and amplifying its impact.
Rachel collaborates with local organizations, funders, and educators to advance equity, innovation, and capacity building. As a facilitator, consultant, and founder of The Connection Lab, she has also guided more than 30 organizations —across public, private, and nonprofit sectors—through leadership and professional development as well as innovation and change processes.
A lifelong learner, Rachel holds a master’s degree in leadership and continually seeks opportunities to stay on her growing edge—deepening her practice in wellness, creativity, and authentic connection. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring new places, anything outdoors, and sharing life with the family and friends who keep her grounded and inspired.
