We’re partnering with YMCA of Niagara’s Employment & Immigrant Services on Employer LINK (Learning, Information and Networked Knowledge), to connect local employers with newcomer talent in new ways and lead better, more equitable employment outcomes. Throughout this Project, a coaching service will be developed to match employers (business owners, HR personnel within organizations, leaders/managers who hire employees) with newcomers who are seeking jobs. Employer LINK will also support employee hiring and retention; on a one-on-one basis.
