Rachel Crane, Learning & Engagement Lead

Home About Rachel Crane, Learning & Engagement Lead
Through Workforce Collective, Rachel engages our community through action research (using fun methods, like Design Thinking), knowledge mobilization, and amplifying the diverse possibilities within our workforce systems.

She is also the Executive Director at Literacy Link Niagara, a local non-profit organization that connects Literacy & Basic Skill program partners and interested parties to facilitate adult learning, education and training.

She has found that the best ideas and outcomes emerge through nurturing healthy relationships. Facilitating authentic and collaborative connection is central to her work.

Rachel is significantly influenced by her mother, who immigrated to Canada from the Philippines and lived an adventure-filled life. She, too, loves an adventure. She also loves anything creative and anything outdoors— preferably in the company of good people, like her husband and two kids.
