Feedback Channels

Building on the success of sessions hosted with employers over the last two years, Workforce Collective is working with Immigrant Employment Councils across Canada to host National Employer Feedback Forums. Funded by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), this project is designed to capture valuable insights and perspectives from employers and other system actors to more effectively integrate newcomer and immigrant talent into the workforce. 

 These interactive and engaging forums aim to:  

• bring together diverse groups (employers, service providers, public sector professionals, educational institutions, etc.)  
    
• explore challenges & solutions related to immigrant employment   
    
• provide feedback to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC)  

  
Forum participants will inspire and create actionable solutions at both local and national levels to the ongoing challenges faced by employers, newcomers, and other system actors in successfully integrating immigrants into the workforce.
