Rachel is a facilitator, educator, systems thinker and creative doer. As both the Strategy Lead for Workforce Collective and the Executive Director at Literacy Link Niagara, she is the bridge between two of our core intermediary organizations. She regularly brings other leaders together to connect, learn and solve problems.
Rachel’s path of lifelong learning has been lit by a master’s degree in leadership, deep dives into wellness practices, and adventures around the world alongside people from diverse walks of life. In her free time, she enjoys adventures in nature, eating delicious food, and anything creative— preferably in the company of good people like her husband and two kids.
