As both the Strategy Lead for Workforce Collective and the Executive Director at Literacy Link Niagara, she is the bridge between our education and employment ecosystems.
Rachel regularly brings leaders in workforce and community development together to connect, learn from each other, and solve problems. She also leads our marketing & communications, events and partnership strategies to support creative project development and knowledge mobilization.
Rachel’s path of lifelong learning has been lit by a master’s degree in leadership, deep dives into wellness practices, and adventures around the world alongside people from diverse walks of life. She is passionate about her work and also enjoys exploring the outdoors, staying active, anything involving food and any time she gets to flex her creativity— preferably in the company of good people like her husband and two kids.
