Thalia has many talents and interests. Professionally, she brings a breadth and depth of knowledge to our research projects and is enthusiastic about developing new ways to share our work. Personally, she enjoys painting, ultimate frisbee, playing piano, and traveling.
Throughout her academic career (and journey to her PhD), Thalia learned numerous statistical and research methods to address new and innovative questions. Since 2017, she has been analyzing and reporting on labour market data and digging beneath the surface to understand trends related to important issues like women in work, youth employment, and labour shortages.
