Thalia brings a deep curiosity and a people-centered approach to her work at Workforce Collective. Professionally, she brings a breadth and depth of knowledge to our projects through a mix of research expertise, strategic thinking, and community engagement, and is always looking to find meaningful, accessible ways to share insights that support better workforce decisions.
Through her academic career and doctoral research, she focused on learning a wide range of statistical and research methods to explore complex questions. Since 2017, she has analyzed and reported on workforce data to better understand trends related to women in work, youth employment, and labour shortages, always digging beneath the surface to connect data with real-world experience. Outside of work, Thalia enjoys painting, playing piano, ultimate frisbee, and travelling.
