To live in a thriving economy powered by a healthy workforce calls for new ways of thinking and doing. Design Labs help us do just that. Design Labs follow a proven problem-solving process known as Design Thinking. Through this process, we’re exploring solutions to some of the most complex issues within our workforce.
As we wrap up 2022 and ease into 2023, we’re taking the time to celebrate, reflect, and integrate our learning from the year into our goals for the future. We’re most grateful to the people that partnered and engaged with us and those who are behind why we do this work.
Why now? Why us?
After decades of observing workforce trends, listening to employers and navigating employment systems as Niagara Workforce Planning Board, we’re committing to taking action to address the issues we’ve learned about.
We’re a hub for developing collaborative solutions and nurturing new ways of thinking and doing for a better workforce. We have become Workforce Collective.
