In recent years, and especially during the Covid-19 pandemic, we paid close attention to trends in women’s (un)employment. This work led us to investigating unique challenges such as:

The Caring Economy is made up of sectors like healthcare, education, and social assistance, which are primarily made up of non-profit organizations, and staffed by women. This critical segment of our economic and social infrastructure requires collective support to facilitate positive and meaningful change.
We are collecting data to better understand who is looking for work and what kind of opportunities jobseekers are searching for. This data is completely anonymous and non-personally identifiable.
