Since moving to Niagara in 2006, Rachel has been building authentic connections within the community and developing a keen interest in our collective wellbeing. She graduated from Brock University with a Bachelor of Business Administration, from Royal Roads University with a Master’s degree in Leadership, and has navigated through employment as an instructor and student services professional at Brock and Niagara College, an entrepreneur in a social enterprise, and a project manager/facilitator in various non-profit, post-secondary education and government organizations.
Through NWPB, Rachel facilitates action research, mobilizes knowledge and learning, and nurtures partnerships within economic development, education and training, social services, and beyond. Rachel also leverages NWPB’s platform to amplify the diverse experiences, trials and triumphs of individuals in Niagara’s workforce.
