Immigration to Canada has boomed, accounting for nearly 100% of Canada’s labour force growth in recent years. Our government has also pledged to welcome up to 500,000 immigrants to Canada each year between now and 2025. This is an opportunity for employers – business owners, people leaders, HR personnel – and anyone else who is feeling the burden of our nation-wide labour shortages.

With two degrees in business (one of which focused on International Business), Jamie understands the complexity of doing business in an increasingly globalized world. As an active citizen of Niagara for many years, she is also intimately aware of the specific challenges and opportunities that our community faces.
